Check /etc/nixos/configuration.nix and any files imported from it to ensure the attribute "services.getty.helpLine" is defined to the following value with the following command: $ grep -R helpLine /etc/nixos /etc/nixos/configuration.nix:services.getty.helpLine = '' You are accessing a U.S. Government (USG) Information System (IS) that is provided for USG-authorized use only.
